Soft1 ERP Consultant with good accounting knowledge

Serra Software is seeking for an experienced Soft1 ERP Consultant with a solid accounting knowledge to deploy Soft1 ERP software. The position requires skills in services, support, analysis and guidance.

Requirements:

Good ERP flow knowledge (Soft1 ERP)
Excelent accounting knowledge
Good communication, presentation and writing skills;
A team player attitude to collaborate efficiently with everyone;
To be creative;
Good problem-solving skills
Technical skills such as SQL would be a plus

Desired Skills and Experience:

University degree
Experience in Soft1 ERP solution and and business flows
Fluency in English language
Ability to work in a team, under time deadlines and meet targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good technological understanding considered a plus

Resolving issues on Soft1 ERP
Soft1 users training
Technical assistance
Telephone, remote or on-site coverage of customer needs
Provision of solutions and problem solving in respect to Soft1 ERP
Collaborate within project teams
Installation, customization and training services remote or on customer site
Advise clients with best practices related to their business;
