The marketing consent is an important element in marketing, due to the new legislation. In this regard, we have customized the Soft1ERP for our client, so that it manages this consent in every relationship with the client, here referring to the contracts concluded by the beneficiary with pawn shoppers. Thus, for a clearer evidence, the information is recorded both in the customer card and in the contracts.
Even if marketing consent is received, it can only be restricted for certain types of communication (SMS, Email, etc.).
