The introduction of additional elements for determining the final payment values for the customer, such as point-of-sale fidelity cards and promotions offered by the merchant, also represents a customization of the Soft1ERP application, that we did for our client.
Thus, both the marketing department and the customers can successfully benefit from the facility offered by this customization.
Last but not least, operators receive information about promotions or loyalty cards in an interactive way, warnings and messages relevant to the action taken.
