The company’s transport co-ordinator works with an interface where he can schedule for each driver/car the delivery addresses of the goods based on customer invoices/permits issued according to the weight and volume of the cargo versus the payload of the car.
On the basis of the data entered, the driver is also provided with a printed transport card that contains all the information that was filled in, the order of delivery of the goods and the contact details of the client.
This functionality helps the customer in optimizing cargo shipping to customers.
